About Me

Hi friends! Welcome to my highly egotistical site all about me. I thought I’d write a little blurb about myself and try not to be too awkward about it.

I grew up the magical land of Brampton, Ontario, but I currently reside in the even more magical land of The Village in Toronto. I love my neighbourhood dearly, despite the fact that I get very little sleep during Pride festivities.

I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember, and acting for as long as I knew I wanted a reason to sing in front of people and thought musical theatre would be the best way to do that. I attended Mayfield Secondary in their vocal arts program and went on to graduate from Sheridan College’s esteemed Musical Theatre Performance program …after a brief and disastrous stint attempting to be an English Major at York University for a month (…it was not for me…).

After theatre school I started my own kid’s party business which ended up being very successful and lucrative, but frankly I knew it was not my passion. After the death of my father in 2016 I decided that life was too short to not do all the the things you’ve always wanted to do, so I uprooted my whole life and pursued my passions. I took on-camera lessons, did some stage combat, became obsessed with cosplay and costume making (which landed me on TV shows such as Marilyn Denis and CBC news showing off my nerd talents), and tried my hand at Voiceover classes that I ended up enjoying more than anything.

In January 2021 in the height of the pandemic I found out I had been chosen to join the first ever cast of the brand new Universal Studios Beijing park and I would be moving to China for a year! And what a wild ride it was opening a new park in a country I had never dreamed of visiting. Next up I’ll be joining the cast of Anne and Gilbert in Prince Edward Island, so I’ll be a lot more close to home.

Okay that’s enough about me. How are you?
